WA Construct completed a luxury home addition and whole-home renovation in Florham Park, NJ — transforming an existing residence into a high-end custom home with expanded square footage and a complete interior overhaul.

The centerpiece of the main level is a dramatic double-height living room featuring a coffered ceiling, floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and oversized black-trimmed windows that flood the space with natural light. The custom kitchen was designed around a 4x10 ft marble island with a pot filler, farmhouse sink, and a custom range hood — built for both function and visual impact.

The primary suite is a true retreat, with a spa-inspired bathroom featuring a freestanding soaking tub, rain shower, and a shiplap double vanity. Additional bedrooms were fully renovated with custom millwork and high-end finishes throughout.

The home also features a dedicated navy home office, a home theater, a home gym, and a finished basement — all designed and built by WA Construct as part of a single design-build scope.

On the exterior, the addition was clad in white board and batten siding with black-trim windows, maintaining a clean farmhouse aesthetic that ties the new structure seamlessly to the existing home. The rear yard was finished with a gravel patio and mature landscaping.
