Whole-home addition and remodel in Bergenfield, NJ, designed and built by WA Construct as a true design-build project. The client wanted to add a full second story, expand the first-floor footprint, and modernize the entire home for a growing family.

On the main level, we opened the floor plan around a large dining area and a remodeled open-concept kitchen featuring a butler's pantry, dedicated home office, mudroom, and half bath. The new second floor added three bedrooms and two full bathrooms — purpose-built for the family's children to grow into.

The exterior was fully refreshed with new windows, hardwood flooring throughout, updated siding, and a brick accent on the lower half to elevate the curb appeal and street presence of the home.
