Historic Home Renovation in Princeton, NJ | WA Construct

Full gut renovation of a historic 1924 home in Princeton, NJ by WA Construct. This European-inspired mansion was stripped to the studs and rebuilt with imported Italian marble, custom European chandeliers and wall sconces, and a bespoke glass mosaic Corinzio wall by Bisazza — designed in collaboration with a London-based architect.

The scope covered every level of the home: luxury marble primary and secondary bathrooms, custom walk-in closets, a dramatic finished basement with a built-in wine cellar, double-counter bar, and game room. The main foyer features dark-stained staircases, rich hardwood flooring, and custom millwork throughout.

Every material was sourced to match the owners' European heritage and the home's 1924 architectural character — preserved on the exterior, transformed on the interior.
