This Cresskill home addition transformed the house into a more spacious, functional home built around a new primary suite, an updated kitchen, and bright, open living spaces — all designed to feel original to the existing structure.

The homeowners needed more room and a better everyday flow without the addition reading as an add-on. WA Construct managed the project end to end, handling structural coordination, a two-story addition, and full interior and exterior finishing, down to details like painting, caulking, and leak-prevention work.

The completed home features a private primary suite with a spa-style ensuite — soaking tub, glass shower, and a custom vanity — plus a transitional kitchen with gray shaker cabinetry, quartz-look counters, and a subway-tile backsplash. Light-filled bedrooms, full bathrooms, and open living areas with refinished hardwood floors round out the interior. Outside, light siding, a stone-veneer base, a new deck and balcony, and fresh landscaping complete the transformation.
