The project reconfigured the main level into an open-concept great room, dining, and custom kitchen with a stained wood island, quartzite counters, and brass fixtures. Upstairs, a primary suite features a tray ceiling and a spa bath with a soaking tub and dramatic stone. The transitional design runs throughout — herringbone white oak floors, picture-frame millwork, and a striking blue quartzite powder room — finished with a rebuilt rear elevation, new siding, and black windows.
